Heavy duty timer with programmable start pulse.

The MTT1 timer operates a relay for pre-set time. The number of pulses required to start the timer and the elapsed time are programmable on internal DIL switches.

As the MTT1 is transformer isolated, the start contacts are at a low voltage. A heavy duty switching relay (10A) is incorporated. The supply voltage is 115 or 230 V AC.

The unit is contained in a plastic, panel mounting enclosure and houses a heavy duty switching relay. Terminating are provided for Ac mains input, timer start contacts and relay output.

A mains timer with direct supply operation.

The SVT1 timer is a single channel timing system which operates a relay after a pre-set elapsed time. It is ideal for protection of electronic equipment from supply contact bounce.

The time cycle commences on application of the supply voltage and is normally in the range 2-30 seconds. Use of a mains isolation transformer optimises electrical noise immunity.

Resetting of the system is achieved by removing the mains supply for at least 100 mSec.

The DMS1 T is a sensor operated timing system with integrated power supply and relay. It is moulded in a convenient DIN rail enclosure. Inputs are available for 2 & 3 wire proximity sensors as well as magnetic reluctance sensors, encoders and contact closures.

On operation of the sensor the internal relay will switch for a time variable between 0.1 seconds and 40 seconds. Multiples of this time range can also be produced. Various combinations of delay on and delay off are available as well as a recycling mode..

Outputs are one relay changeover contact & an NPN open collector protected transistor.

The DMS1 CT is the same as the DMS1 T but with the addition of a programmable pre divider. The maximum predivide is 4095.

When used with a proximity switch & suitably programmed the module will give out a timed pulse after the programmed pulse pre-divide. E.G. 1 second output pulse every 1,000 input pulses.

Applications: This system may be used as a machine run timer, a closing meter, a cut to length counter, a sequential timer, a batch counter and in many more similar situations.

A basic single or dual stage mains isolated timer.

The DVT1 is a single or dual printed circuit board timer intended for backplate mounting. It can also be provided in a plastic enclosure.

When used in dual mode it can be used as a replacement for two stage mechanical cam timers. The isolated sensing inputs are designed for mechanical switch contacts.
