DFM25R Digital Ratiometer
Specifically
intended for measurement of speed ratio.
The
DFM25R measures the speed ratio between two rotating shafts
and displays it on the four digit, high brightness LED display.
The ratio may be presented as A/B or B/A where A & B are
the respective speeds. Two pulse sensors are used to monitor
the rotating shafts and the resultant signals are programmed
by internal DIL switches to produce the desired units.
The
programming can take account of different shaft speeds and
varying numbers of pulses per revolution.
Features
Include:
- High
brightness 14 mm LED display
- Integral
DIL switch programming
- Dual
115 or 230 Volt Ac power supply
- Can
be used with most pulse sensors

DFM35 Pulse Multiplying Tachometer
A
Tachometer for mixing machine applications.
The
DFM 35 tachometer produces a speed readout by contactless
pulse sensing of a rotating shaft. An inductive proximity
sensor is used to detect gear teeth, rotating bolt heads or
similar ferrous targets. The resultant signal is then processed
by the instrument to produce a display of speed.
A
programmable pulse multiplying technique enables sensing to
take place from as few as one pulse per revolution under suitable
circumstances.
The
enclosure is designed to be secured to the panel from the
front and the plug-in sensor and mains cable do not require
access from the rear for installation.
Programming
of the tachometer is by an integral DIL switch which multiplies
the sensed pulse rate by a pre-set amount.
Features
of the DFM35 Tachometer include:
- Integral
package of tachometer and sensor
- Mounting
via front panel - rear access not required
- Plug
in two wire contactless proximity sensor
- Display
- 4 digit 14 mm LED display
- Programmable
pulse multiplying design
- Standard
DIN mounting steel enclosure

CTS25 Analogue Pulse Tachometer
The
CTS25 system of a speed sensing probe, a frequency to current
converter and an analogue indicator. The rotating shaft is
fitted with a toothed wheel, or an arrangement of bolt heads,
keyways, dependent on frequency range and mechanical convenience.
The probe generates a pulsed signal which is then converted
to a DC current which is proportional to frequency or speed.
The
indicator displays the current and is calibrated to suit the
application e.g.. Ft/min. an optional separate voltage signal
is also available for use with chart recorders, other instruments
and control systems.
Applications
Include: Speed indication, Frequency / Voltage converter,
Flow rate monitoring, Tachometer feedback, Frequency readout,
Chart recorder or Computer input.
Features
Include:
- Meter
driver output of 1mA
- Buffered
control output of 4 volts
- Sensor

CTS30 DIN Rail Pulse Tachometer
A
conventional frequency converter with 0-10V or 4-20 ma outputs.
The
CTS30 frequency converter module produces a DC output signal
which can be used for speed display or control purposes. Two
models are available with 0-10 volts or 4-20 ma A 1mA signal
is also available from both modules.
Pulse
sensing is carried out by a contactless proximity sensor in
conjunction with a suitable target on the rotating component.
Indicators, when supplied, are normally 96 x 96 mm short scale
DIN types ands can be fitted with many scale variations.
Applications
can include; Speed indication, Frequency / Voltage converter,
Flow rate monitoring, Tachometer feedback, Frequency indication.
