The CLT230D system provides a dual LCD display of speed and distance with an optional input for a totalising counter.

An integral relay trip operates at a pre-set speed and a variable 0-10V DC output signal can be provided for control or monitoring purposes. The instrument is designed for use on 12 or 24V DC supplies as specified.

The system is normally provided pre-programmed but may be altered on site using the MKP125 plug in programmer.

Sensing is carried out by a pulse sensor in conjunction with a bolt head, keyway or gear teeth. The sensor normally used is a 3 wire inductive proximity sensor.

The program is set to permit the CLT230D to display the required speed and count readings and should be adjusted for the number of pulses per revolution at the sensing pint and any gearbox ratio involved.
