The ADSC monitors rotating equipment and gives warning of unacceptable rates of change of speed.
Using a magnetic perception head in conjunction with a toothed wheel the system operates an external relay or solenoid when acceleration exceeds a pre-set limit. Alarm signals are provided for sensor failure and important internal components.
Applications include: Anti skid, Traction control, Rate monitoring, Clutch slip detection, Brake testing, over and under speed warning. |
